Steps to migrate the Messaging channels
- Make sure all agents close all tickets from Whatsapp before starting this process.
- Follow steps Migrating to the Zendesk Agent Workspace .
- Once you have AW enabled , you will have Messaging option appearing in Admin Center under Channels >Messaging and Social:
- Select Messaging to enable it at account level.: Enabling messaging for migrating accounts
- After the migration channels WhatsApp & LINE ( in your case just Whatsapp) will appear in Admin center.
- Now follow this instructions: Messaging tasks for administrators . Very important to have in mind:

Enable Chat for each cada agent that will be using Whastapp messaging.
- For example:
- Organize agentes in groups. Update triggers, automations and views that are associated to chat Migrating triggers, automations, and views.
- Configure Chat routing, limits, and hours of operation at Chat Dashboard
