Customization options for CSAT:
Below are the instructions to adjust the satisfaction survey email. For it:
1. Go to Objects and rules>Business Rules>Automations
2. Search for automation: "Request customer satisfaction rating (System Automation)."
3. Within this, in the Actions section you will find how they have configured the invitation email. The default one looks like this:
